At the foothills of the Great Western Tiers, Truffles of Tasmania own and operate a 50 hectare plantation. We enjoy some of the cleanest air in the world year round and have regular snow falls during the winter harvest period. These conditions are optimal for producing decetant Black Truffles. 

Our English, French and Evergreen Holm Oak Trees range between 11 to 15 years old. A team of well trained dogs and their handlers work passionately to harvest our Truffles from June to mid September. We are proud to process all Truffles on site at our export standard grading and packing facility.
